1. Promoter: Lifestyle Finance Aus Pty Ltd as Trustee for Lifestyle Finance Co Trust (“Lifestyle Finance”, “we”, “our”,

“us”) is the promoter of this competition.

2. Eligibility: Open to Lifestyle Finance clients who receive a Lifestyle Finance gift card as part of a settled finance

application.

3. Promotional Period: 1 January to 31 December each year unless extended or withdrawn by Lifestyle Finance.

4. How to Enter: Spend your Lifestyle Finance gift card, follow @lifestylefinanceaus on Instagram, share a photo or

video of your gift card purchase or a purchase financed through Lifestyle Finance, and tag @lifestylefinanceaus. One

eligible social media post equals one entry.

5. Prize: Two (2) winners will each receive a $500 gift card. Total prize pool value AUD $1,000.

6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and drawn within 30 days of the

promotion closing date.

7. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via Instagram, email and/or telephone. If a winner cannot be

contacted within 14 days, Lifestyle Finance reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Prize Conditions: Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

9. Use of Content: By entering, participants grant Lifestyle Finance Aus Pty Ltd as Trustee for Lifestyle Finance Co

Trust permission to repost, share and use submitted photos, videos and related content for marketing and promotional

purposes without additional compensation.

10. Privacy: Personal information will be handled by Lifestyle Finance Aus Pty Ltd as Trustee for Lifestyle Finance Co

Trust in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and used solely for administering this promotion and

related marketing communications.

disqualify entrants who breach these Terms & Conditions, and amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where
